Selecting Guide:
If the circuit breaker is to be mounted in an area such as an engine room where the temperature is normally at least 25°F above the 75°F Temperature for which the breakers are rated then the breaker's rated value should be reduced to the percentage shown in the table below. Select a circuit breaker whose amperage is larger than the max amperage to be carried by the circuit that is to be protected and also smaller than the maximum recommended amperage of the circuits wire.
