Soft Start Included - Maximize Your System’s Efficiency

CTM Marine’s 48,000 BTU Marine Chiller System includes a Soft Start board that is self-optimizing, and reduces start up current by 65-75% of the compressor's LRA (locked-rotor amperage). The Soft Start provides several benefits, including:

- Improves Compressor Performance: Soft starting reduces the initial current surge, which can improve the performance and extend the life of the compressor. 

- Reduces Power Consumption: By gradually ramping up the voltage, a soft start reduces the peak power demand and can help reduce overall energy consumption.

The MCC Control Board (Made in USA) is a fully-compatible replacement for the DDC® control board, offered with some Dometic/Marine Air Systems® chillers. MCC is a complete, standalone chiller controller that will reduce the need for manual intervention while increasing efficiency.

   

Reverse Cycle Heating

Enjoy powerful cooling from your CW Chiller system with the option of heating if needed. Thanks to the reverse cycle it also works as a heat pump, you can switch to heating when temperatures get low without the need of a separate heating system.
