Patriot Docks’ straight docks continue this manufacturer’s commitment to excellence. Their products are sturdy, crafted from high-quality materials, welded, and bolted for additional long wear. For example, the dock’s 12-in. deep aluminum truss frames have been crafted with welded and bolted connections. While competitors use ⅜” diameter aluminum chord rods, Patriot Docks uses thicker 7/16 in. diameter aluminum chord rods. Again, while some of their competitors use steel tubing, Patriot only uses 1-1/2" schedule 40 electro-galvanized steel along with extra durable connectors. For example, their pipe brackets are extra long with two - not one - stainless steel set bolts. For added safety and aesthetic appeal, there is a side lip on the frame to hide the decking edge on all their dock kits. This feature is standard on Patriot’s straight dock models.

The straight dock’s poly panels are polypropylene reinforced with 6061 marine grade aluminum. To ensure a rigid structure the slats are molded into each 1' x 4' poly board. The durable construction holds up to marine environments and offers minimal sag. Each poly board is secured to the 4' x 4' panel using two aluminum stringers. Easy to install simply secure the stringers and drop it into the frame
