Refund & Returns Policy

RETURN-AUTHORIZATION-NUMBER/PROCEDURE

If you have changed your mind and would like a refund please return your item unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 60 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund, as long as the product is returned with its original packaging and labels, in as new condition, unused and can be resold at full price.

Please ensure that you use a tracked and insured delivery service that will cover the full value of the goods in the event they go missing in transit as we cannot process the refund until we receive the item back into our warehouse.

In most cases we can arrange return shipping for you but you will be liable for the cost which will be deducted from your refund. Please let us know if you would like us to assist you with this by emailing us on support@rembulanfishing.com

We will refund you using the original payment method used in a maximum of 3 days after we receive the returned goods from you but please be aware that your bank can take several more days to process the refund.

We are unable to refund special order parts and accessories that are not listed on our website and have been sourced specifically for you.

Please allow approximately 3 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.

No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without pre-authorization.

Refund will be transfer to your choose payment method when making the order on the website maximum on 3 business days after goods inspection clear.

Defective Product
Rembulan Fishing Store accept returns on "defective" products. These items must be taken to a local service center to get a recommended letter under warranty.  Rembulan Fishing Store will bound the return fee from your location. And then we will arrange all document needed to claim the warranty to Manufacturer including recommended letter from your local service center.  Rembulan Fishing Store will be responsible with Defective Product 100% for make sure all customer satisfied.

Damaged Product
Rembulan Fishing Store accept returns on damaged equipment caused by shipping. You can send us proof of damaged and request the return process from our support team.  Rembulan Fishing Store will be responsible with Damaged Product 100% for make sure all customer satisfied.

Cancelled Orders

  • No charges or losses will apply as long as orders are cancelled before items are shipped.
    If items have already been shipped, standard return policies apply.
  • Cancelled Orders or Refund For PayPal Payment
    We strongly recommend you can communicate with us before cancelling the order or open a dispute on PayPal.

Please do not use the product if you want a full refund.

Please also ensure that you return the product in its original packaging with all parts, accessories and manuals as the lack of these items can have a significant impact on the value of the now used product and the level of refund you will receive.
